To make your shopping experience a pleasant one, please read through the terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase.
1) We will not be held responsible for lost parcels / damaged mailed-out items should you not opt for registered mail.
2) Payment must be made within 48 hours upon receipt of the invoice from us.
Item will be released should the payment not be received within the timeframe.
3) Prices are non negotiable.
4) All ATM transfers must be accompanied with a snapshot (not scans) of your transaction receipt.
Exchange Policy
1) We check through all items before mailing them out. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please do not hesitate to contact us at hitobito.shop@gmail.com with

  • pictures of faults
2) To qualify for a return/exchange of defective or wrong item/s despatched, item/s must be returned, unworn/unwashed and in a brand new condition. Upon stringent checks, should we find that the item/s do not qualify our Return/Exchange Policy, we will not hesitate to reject the request.

3) Under all other circumstances, a one-for-one exchange will be provided. In the event that the item/s you originally purchased is/are out of stock, a full refund will be processed.

4) Please note that returns/exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Hitobito Shop reserves all rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges.
